Ingredients: This recipe can make chocolate or peanut butter fudge. 3-cups sugar 2/3-cup evaporated milk ¾-cup margarine 1-pkg. (12oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces (or peanut butter pieces). You can also use 1 jar peanut butter instead of the peanut butter pieces. 2-cups marshmallow cream ½-cup pecans ½-teaspoon vanilla **Combine sugar, milk and margarine in large heavy saucepan. Heat to boiling and continue to stir and boil for about 5 minutes over medium heat or until softball stage. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients, stir vigorously until well blended. Pour into greased 13” x 9” pan. Cool – cut into squares. Makes about 3 lbs. Watergate SaladIngredients: 1-pkg. Pistachio pudding 1-(1 lb.) can crushed pineapple (drained) ½-cup pecans 1-cup miniature marshmallows 1-9oz. Cool whip **Mix all together and chill. Makes a big bowl. Double the recipe if needed to make extra. |
